Oxygen Not Included
A dense 2D colony sim about oxygen, heat, plumbing, power, and keeping duplicants alive.

The Game Foundry take
ONI is the most systems-deep colony sim ever made and also the one most likely to make you quit at hour 20. Heat, gas pressure, plumbing, electrical networks, and germs all simulate honestly — which means your perfect base will, given enough time, cook itself, suffocate, or flood with polluted water for reasons that are entirely your fault. The learning curve isn't steep, it's stepped: every 30 hours a new system reveals itself and breaks your assumptions. If that sounds exhausting, play RimWorld. If it sounds like the actual appeal, nothing else delivers it.
